Monroe Cheese Studio We use certified organic raw whole milk from grass-fed Jersey cows to make: an Alpine style blue cheese (Lake Blue); natural-rind gouda (Gray Clouds); and semi-soft mold ripened cheese (White Swan); as well as a creamy smooth whole milk yogurt (White Gold) -- availability varies through the year.
