sheeps milk, cheeses and other processed products

Construction delays has our parlor nearly ready for 2008 milking but the dairy/creamery will not be totally finished until mid summer. We will offer fresh milk soon and will freeze the bulk of the milk for recipe testing over the summer and production of several products will commence in August, 2008. Our facility is a cement block cave, creamery and parlor with a second story general office and marketing facility and worker living quarters. We have 60 head of sheep at this writing, pre-lambing.
