In 2004, York Hill Farm celebrated its twentieth year of producing farmstead fresh and aged goat cheeses! Fresh cheeses are produced in plain or herb varieties, including our beautiful Chevre Roll with a swirl of dill or peppercorns. Capriano is our unusual and distinctive dry-aged goat cheese. This cheese combines a slightly sharp goats milk character with sweet caramel-like tones.
